A downloadable game

Each player presents their apartment layout and contents to the group in the style of a YouTube Apartment Tour video. To present their apartment, a player rolls 1D6 to randomly select from room/area list, then 1D20 to randomly select from the contents list. They then present both to the group, explaining as best as they can their choice for living this way. They then repeat this process 4 times (for a total of 5 room/area and contents selections) to complete their apartment tour. The next person then does their tour with the exact same process.

Re-rolls on repeated numbers are not allowed. If your apartment consists of 4 bathrooms and one hallway, all of which are filled with nothing but house plants and dried pasta you must explain convincingly to the group why chose this apartment to live in.

The apartment layout is in the order of the room/area’s rolled. Whatever room/area is rolled first is where the front door opens into, however you can choose if subsequent room/areas are separate from the previous room/areas rolled or contained in the same space. Use the room/area diagrams to help visualise your apartment if needed.

Once everyone playing has presented their apartment the party then votes on the most desirable apartment to live in based on that player’s presentation. That player is the winner.

Tools required to play:

1D6

1D20

Optional: Pen and paper or other visual media to represent your apartments as you roll for them and for players to take notes for the voting process.
